Everwhite Magnetic Dry Erase Board Review from West Bend, Wisconsin

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We bought boards because the company claimed they would last ten times as long as other boards. Hence the high price.

In less than a years cuts and scuffs led to huge chunks of the surface to peel off. Their warranty only covers a very narrow type of damage. Its a lifetime warranty but you can never use the board, otherwise the warranty is essentially void. Ended up replacing an entire school a year later with Claridge boards.

They might not look as bright but they haven't shown any signs of wear. Avoid Everwhite at all cost.

hard to find any reviews of everwhite boards, so nice to have something.

EverWhite Whiteboards don't have a real lifetime guarantee

I picked EverWhite White boards because they said they have a lifetime guarantee. The boards weren't durable.

We noticed that they were way too easy to scratch, even with everyday things like magnets. We called to use the lifetime guarantee when some boards looked stained, and they told us that the lifetime warranty is pro-rated, so its not like they just replace the stained boards. Even worse, they said that scratches make the warranty void. So they sell an inferior product that scratches easily, and work it into the guarantee that scratches make the warranty void.

Now the people at my school are annoyed that I chose EverWhite white boards instead of normal whiteboards that have a hard surface.

There were a lot of other whiteboards to choose from and a lot of them had good warranties. I wish I had known the truth about the "lifetime guarantee" when I chose the whiteboards.

Thank you for the heads up, I was almost duped into buying from them and wondered why their price was a little cheaper than porcelain if they are much better. I decided to look around for reviews, and found yours.

Your review sounds exactly as I expected. Thank you for the heads up, I will purchase a porcelain whiteboard instead from a more trustworthy and reputable company.

P.s...

Their (false) "lifetime warranty" doesn't shock me, however I wonder if that would hold up in court.

Ever White Kit is a Total Scam Act

Ever White Teeth Cleaning kit was supposed to be free, just pay for shipping HA HA!

The shipping cost me $87.47, upon seeing this on my bank account, I called immediately, and spoke with a women I could barely understand. She told me that the charges are valid, because I did not cancel within 10 day from the order date.

I then spoke with a supervisor who stated it was my fault as I did not read the terms of conditions, I may have if I had any paper-work come with the package.

I did how-ever call within 10 days of the received date but that doesn't count. I was told that she would credit me $20.00, and cancel my monthly recurring fee of $87.47. (We'll see)

Can you say "Big Rip-off"!

Canceling your credit card will not stop them from withdrawing money. The best you can do is change your credit card number which will make it harder for them to withdraw.

This comes from me speaking to two different visa representatives in the fraudulent online claims department and then the security department where they change your visa number.

The first gentlemen from visa told me that they can not do anything for me without a paper trail, so I'm out 128 dollars. However, I saved & printed off the dontoreply message I got with the "important order modification process" letter off. This is what they sent me with a link I clicked to cancel my account, they say it takes 24 hours to cancel, so I will call back on Monday.

I was instructed by visa to send a registered mail to: Nutr Max Labs Inc.

4302 Hollywood Blvd, Suite 321, Hollywood, Florida, 33021 stating in the letter "I wish to cancel my account immediately" and to include my name and credit card number. Instruct them to send you written confirmation of the closed account, that way if it is not closed after receiving the letter, than "visa" or whatever bank you deal with has a paper trail to use as a fraudulent claim to issue your money back.

ARE ALL THE SAME CROOKS....You're promised a great deal for 3.87 shipping...trial period-cancel if not satified...and then NOTHING, but you'll get charged "1/2 the full amount"(39.95)...and then because you didn't cancel within the 10 day trial period-(WHAT TRIAL PERIOD? I NEVER GOT A THING UNTIL 4 MONTHS LATER!) you get charged 87.47-again "1/2 the full amount".....so before I got anything, I'm down some 130.00....AND you try talking to someone who's got such a heavy accent, and who you can't really understand OR hear ....and just try to cancel...YOU CAN'T!! They "email the link" to you.....oh, I'm still waiting....CANCEL THE VISA CARD YOU GAVE THEM IMMEDIATELY.

Guest

when you signed up for product online, please read the terms and conditions. because if you failed and expect that it is a free trial.

u'll end up paying $87.47 and $2.95...and then they will charge you $1.49 for a convenience fee for using their website after a month?

this is rediculous...and when you call the customer service it seems like you are talking with indian women and doesn't have american accent....good thing i spoke with one representative Shelly 237 who helped me get a refund for at least half because i sent the product back. she's been a great help though we argue at first.but i do not trust the company...

Guest

it is Bright White this month!!!

Guest

all they do is change the name of the product . they need to be stopped!!!!!!! :(

Guest

Same story re: tooth whitening scam. Billed to credit card under Dazzlingbrite and later under name Bright White, both from U.S.

No contact information given and original contact number does not answer. Three large deductions of $87.45 have been charged and my bank has re-imbursed two of these so far. One small kit was sent valued at $2 for customs.

I have exhqausted all attempts to contact this company without any success. They must be raking in millions!!

Ordered Everwhite Pen and sent Vivid White Smile Kit

I ordered an Everwhite Pen and another product from another company called Mineral Science/Synergy-Extreme white. Anyway, I received a product from Everwhite called Vivid White Smile-Professional Teeth Whitening Kit.

They Charged my credit card 3.87 and after reading all this i alerted my credit card company top not pay any further charges. Everwhite has no real company name., just a website, www.vividwhitesmiles.com that doesn't exist.

The other company did acknowledge cancellation and I mailed the whole thing back to them. We'll see what happens in a week or so after monitoring my credit card.

Whats it liek!

Guest

My girlfriend ordered the trial kit, now her cc is being billed monthly, no product, but thing we have a problem with is that Capital One is not helping at all, in fact its like they are trying to defend this scam, any ideas???

Guest

:( I feel soooo ***! I am so careful about things like this, but like Janet I also just figured I would try it and see.

I have super sensitive teeth and when the man called and asked me for permission to send the ONE MONTH package I said, "No, I want to make sure that it didnt hurt my teeth." Being the person I am, I checnk my checking accoung ALL the time! I saw today a "pre" authorization of 87.13 and immediatlely called. Im not sure if it helps, but I am from a small town and my banker knows exactly who I am. I told them that I authorized 3.87 and that was it.

She told me I had to come in, sign a paper stating it was not authorized and they said that will not allow me to be charged. Thank goodness I noticed so soon.

My heart goes out to all of you who didnt see it soon enough. This is just so terrible.

Guest

Just got our credit card statement and guess what? our £3.87 trial just increased to 2 payment of $92.85 (Canadian) Our credit card company have been guarded in their responce saying we should have cancelled our original order before 10 days to stop any future payments...I don,t remember any such stipulation when placing our original order...did I miss any small print? what is surprising is the credit card company knowing this about the purchase...are they part of the problem?

Have just started our battle for re imbursement so watch for any further updates.

This is a trick to get mo money mo money!

The company is in Panama City !!!!

Guest

okay here is the answer to anyone whom has ordered the everwhite vivid white smiles %^$#% products, i filed a complaint with bbb, they are directly giving you to the florida bbb, where they have a lengthy record of everwhite, their company name by the way is "dental hygiene nutra" they do run thru go dayy.com and go daddy doesnt care about whom uses their product only the $ they are getting. so if everyone files bbb complaints one you get you $ quicker and the more folks whom do guess what it is closer to putting the scammers out of business for good.

Everwhite teeth whitening kit beware. These people are operating barely beyond fraud.

False advertising confusing terms and difficulty in canceling your order once you get the so called free trial. Once they have your bank numbers they start charging your card $150 per month.

My credit card company wasn't much help- buyer beware. They are based out of Florida and I contacted the district attorney there to report them and to inform them of what I consider a fraud-false advertising scam. I normally am pretty computer savvy, but when the picture came up of a lady from my home town with a wonderful testimonial I took the bait.

I will not fall for that one again. Also it was on a so called consumer affairs website that of course looked very official.

This happened to me as well. I ordered the trial kit and thought i just paid for shipping of the kit.

I recieved an email starting that my order was being shipped and i was being billed 29.95. I called to say i never ordered anything and to cancel it. 'i recieved it anyway...i recieved such poor customer service and got no where on the phone. I called my credit card co to see what i could do about the charge and they told me i was charged 7 times with charges!

they are disputing it .Call your credit card co and have these companys blocked from charging your card. The credit card co helped me.

I have been taken in by these people as well. They debited the 3.95 on May 5th and another 87.47 on May 14th.

Of course I closed my acct. and have been trying since May to get the credit of 87.47 they promised me.

Now I can't even get them on the toll free number, I get some run around that they aren't affiliated with EverWhite and give me some bogus number ! Don't fall for it !

Unbelievable

Guest

I've been trying to get my money back since the day I ordered this in May. Unfortuately I didn't go to the bank soon enough.

I filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida and how convenient they never got back to me about it. I'm now filing a complaint with The Division of Consumer Services in Fla - a State agency and also with the Federal Trade Commission.

I think everyone should do the same before these people steal anyone else's money. I also contacted ABC and requested they look into the story and get it out there!

Guest

Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission www.ftc.gov. If they receive enough complaints, they institute a formal investigation, which is very serious. They cannot get you an individual remedy, but they can cause a lot of problem for this company which really does deal in fraud.

Guest

everwhite also goes by dazling brite and probably several other names. CAncel your credit or debit card IMMEDIATELY cause they will never refund your money.

Work closely with your credit card company or bank to file cancellation of debit, and stay in touch with them until they get your money back. I am working on this now.

I've been all over these people. You'll have better luck with your bank but here ya go!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Everwhite? VividWhite? DazlingBrite?

I don't know what this company's name is for sure, all I know is that they are a RIP OFF!! I received the sample product, have of which was missing, no instructions, no phone number, no address, bogus website.

I have been pursing this with a Vengance and now I got billed from a DazlinBrite Company $39.95. I called the number on my Bank Statement and just got the run around and they couldn't find a manager to speak with me. I told them I was my Money Back NOW!! And that I was going to the bank with it.

I also asked the Lady, "How it felt working for a Company, full well knowing, the they are FRAUDS!?!?!? I live on a "FIXED" Income and cannot have any of this happening.

I asked for a confirmation E-mail. I got a confirmation for another order. I called my credit card company and they did a conference call with me to cancel anymore product or charges to my card.

I was charged July 10 and again July 15 for a total of $120.00. Buyer be aware!!

Sadly, I too have been caught up in this scam. I have had 3 unauthorized transactions in the past month.

So far over $200 has been taken out and my bank cannot confirm if stopping the card will put an end to their transactions. No contact number, no email address to write to.... I'm unsure what else I can do.

Your advice would be much appreciated! Thanks

I just spoke to my bank reps. and told them this was a fraud from the DAZLINGBRITE.

I explained that they didn't pick up my calls for the last 4 days that I tried cancelling the subscription. At least the reps at my bank were able to get through and conferenced me in.

Obviously, I couldn't get my money back because the "cancellation period expired" which is a lie since I had the it extended, but I know arguing is pointless with these BASTARDS. GET YOUR BACNK INVOLVED, DON'T DELAY, for you may lose more than $87.49.

Guest

Well, I tried the 2 is better than one scam, too. Ultra Whites cancelled my membership (after first trying very hard to keep me by lowering the price down to under $60); no luck reaching dazlingbrite, so I've cancelled another debit card to keep them from hitting me again. Watch out!

Guest

:( This people are awful. This is the biggest scam.

Have your bank call the phone number listed on your statement. They will understand that this company is fraudulent. They have billed my visa and still have not sent the products. They say shipment is delayed.

I am still waiting for confirmation email that my order has been cancelled. By the way the company is called X MBRANDS

Guest

The same thing has happened to me. I bought the sample trial for $3.87, called to cancel and got the run around, then noticed a charge for $87.49 the following month on my visa. I spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone being directed to 3 different people and all they could say is that I did not cancel within the allotted time frame. I cancelled again, and just looked at my account and have noticed that they have been charging me anywhere from $1-$10, for the past 4 months. I just cancelled my credit card and reported fraud. My bank tried calling the number listed with the most recent charge of $1.49, and the number is no longer in services, even though it was charged just yesterday!

BIG RIP OFF!!! CANCELL YOUR CREDIT CARD AND HAVE A NEW ONE ISSUED OR YOU WILL PAY!

I have also contacted the BBB, in hopes of them doing an investigation... if they can be found.

Everwhite teeth whitening trial kit

I got a trial kit of Everwhite teeth whitening online. I cancelled the monthly charge of $87.74 within the 10-day period.

They will not give me the money back after several calls to them.

I also got a trial kit of Alpine Smile, and when I called them to cancel my future shipments for $69.20 and they complied. I called them both on the SAME DAY to cancel. I want my $87.47 back. I am disabled and get a check every month, so I can't recover that amount right now.

I'm in the red for $119.00 because of this. I believe I was SCAMMED!

This is a scam.

Hopefully an attorney will see this and we can file a class action. They should not be able to do this to people.

I just got off the phone with a Supervisor for this company. Her name is Candice Colla.

She indicates her name is on the Business License for this company and you cannot speak to anyone higher than her. The funds are unrefundable even tho I have not received any product.

Guest

Obviously it is not any use to have their address, go to your bank, change your credit card, but don't appeal to them they are crooks and should be investigated by the authorities, IN PANAMA, I doubt it...

make sure they cannot repeat it, I am not even trying to contact them

Guest

Same story here. I was offered a free trial with no obligation as long as I cancelled within 10 days from the date of ordering.

I called to cancel i still had not received the product. Each rep said they can not refund my money back . the last rep told me to return the product and they will return my money to my account.I knew then that this was a scam. now i lost $87.47 and i don't have the product.

I am working with my bank to see if i can get my money back.

Good luck to all of you. We can win this battle and have their company dispanded and charged with fraud.

:(

what a rip off, somebody is making a lot of money, everbrite, it was sent to me as a sample to come through customs i then looked on my bank statements and found i had been charged 61.70 pounds i cant find any contact address or phone no how cn i have been so ***

Guest

I am still in a dispute I was charged $87.47 from Everwhite and $99.90 from Superstar Smile

Guest

I too have been ripped off by this company. yes they claim that the "free trial" is 3.45, but that is only for the shipping, it actually cost 87.47.

For three days supply??? Suppose to be a 30 day supply. And all the other charges are international charges..they are ripping people off and need to be stopped.

canceled my card imediately.what an inconvenience..they do not clearly state the truth in the terms...but they are getting away with it..I am out the money, there is nothing the bank can do...lesson learned. Dont buy this product....

Everwhite aka Dazlingbrite, etc

I Ordered free trial. paid $3.87 shipping. Everwhite billed $87.47 for teeth whitener I didn't expect to get. I returned product for a $49.50 credit to my account. (45% restock fee!!) It cost me $13.00 to return

product, certified mail.

Second month my account billed again for $87.47. I called before it was shipped, they said they will credit my account. Never received teeth whitener. Never received credit, and cannot reach them.

They have have several Company names: Everwhite 888-869-****; Dazlingbright

866-777-****; Extreme Brite White 888-694-**** It has been very frustrating

Ever White Kit

Be aware that this is a scam. This product was advertised as free with another free whitening trial company.

I got charged $87.47 and I called the company the same day that the charge appeared to cancel it. I was told that they were going to send me a form via e-mail which I never received. I called two days later and I was told that I can not get a refund because it was after the 10 day trial.

Call Better Business bureau in Florida at 561-842-**** and get a form to complaint. The business claims to be located at 3609 North 29th Avenue, Hollywood, FL 33020.

I ordered Acai stuff back in May, I didn't even order the teeth whitening stuff. I followed all protecal when cancelling and they still hit my account for the full amount.

When I got that straightened out then I got some other charge, finally got that straightened out and they assured me that my info was out of the system. I have dealt with $$$ being taken out of my account multiple times since then. The past 2 times they were different "business" names that were taking it out. They have promised me yet again another refund.

This is ridiculous!!!

I don't understand why they cannon be stopped! :(

Guest

Just call them, be nice, explain that you need to cancel it now (on the phone) and don't fall for the email BS (say it will go to junk mail), return any product return receipt requested via USPS, call your credit card company and dispute everything. Credit card company took care of every thing, including other scams that hit my CC.

Guest

i too was scamed. beware of the following companies- dazling brite--cleanse detox--mybrites--ever white kit--bright white--

i called cleanse detox and was told that was for whitening teeth too. they got me good.

I too have been scammed with this company.just learn right now, initially it was ever white kit 888869**** panama with the amount of 94.47CAD was being charged in my credit card that they told that it's a free trial kit. Then my card was charged again this month with 95.44 CAD with the name dazlingbrite866777****.

So, I phoned the bank and they help me out to cancel this thing by contacting the company, and one of their costumer rep.give me the linked to follow in order to cancel,so hopefully this will work.I just need to follow up the bank and my statement if the money has been refund and no more upcoming charges. This is really something...BE WARE!!!

p.s. to those who experienced this, have you ever refund your money?

Guest

I'm trying to "un-enroll" in my ten day grace period. They kept trying to talk me into keeping it with different plans.

The rep (Tyra) said she would send me an email to follow the link and unsubscribe. Eight hours later, no email link. I logged on to see the complaints are numerous.

Fortunately I used a card I never use so I just called and canceled the credit card. The telephone number I have for them is: 800 864-****

I got hit as well, it seems that the company taking the money changes every month. Another name to look out for is Winchester Health Products who then become Ibuildwealth.

The good newsis that they haven't sent me anything apart from the trial packs so they are in breach of the contract by not sending me the product.

So apart from feeling annoyed at the way they have engineered a cheap trial into a monthly subscription, the credit card company will deal with it. Would be great to name & shame these people.

Dazling, Everwhite kit, Dazlingbrite are SCAMMING people!

You were reading a complaint about Everwhite.

Filing a new complaint about Dazlingbrite=Ever white

i ordered The sample that they offered by paying S&H back in may. I never got it but they did charge my credit car for for the 3.87. i called them and they give a false tracking number. I call back and they said that they couldn't do any thing that I needed to contact the postal service even after I toll them that the Tracking number did not work.

I told them that I did not wanted anything else from them to cancel any future shipments of sample or anything else, that I did not wanted to hear from them ever again. I was told there was nothing to cancel since I did not like the product I thought they can keep my $ 3.87 that is what I get for not checking out the company but that was not the end of it in June they took money from my account again. I called them once more and after an hour on phone they said that I had fail to confirm that I wanted my "Account" cancel they had record of my last call but that I never returned The E-mail that to confirmed that I did not wanted any more of their products. Now in July they just debit my credit card again I called them and two hours on the phone they said that I have two shipments coming and once I return them they they will return my money. So I have no Product but they do have my Credit card. I am not waiting after getting the runaround, I called my bank i will have to change my account. Do NOT buy any thing from this companies: dazling brite, everwhite kit88886 panama, vivid white smile, all the same company these people are scamming and keep changing the names and numbers. I will filling a complaint with the better business bureau as well. N-Utah

I also ordered the free sample and gave them my credit card number for shipping costs. (May 2010)

3 months later a $87 charge appeared on my credit card. Fortunately the credit card company called as the suspected fraud.

NOw I have to cancel my card and notify all my prepaid accounts of the change.

First and last time I ever order a sample by mail. :grin

I forgot to mention I did receive 2 parcels but was charged for 4.

Guest

Same cenario with Dazzilinsmiles I ordered 1 so called sample, was charged numerous times for a total of $364.13. I put a hold on my credit card but not soon enough. Now I can't use the credit card when I pay off the ligitament charges and get hopefully a write off for at least half of the charges I will have to cancel the card because they send your credit card information to numerous other companies they are affiliated with and exchange customer personal info with.

Big lesson learned do not buy anything on line without having an attorney read the contract they have you accept, which gives them permission to pass your personal information to whomever they want.

There is a website you can report these companies to the FBI. Website is: IC3.Gov reports to FBI, this was given to me by my credit card company dispute dept.

Guest

I too have had exactly the same thing happen execpt I did receive the first parcel but that was April 2010 since then they have taken 2 payments totalling £118.83.I have been onto my bank and they are trying to sort it out. Thanks for your imput. Diane.

EverWhite "free" sample a rip-off

I visited www.myeverwhitekit.com on May 20, 2010 to acquire a "free" sample kit of a teeth whitener which turned out to be anything but free. The company operates out of Florida but all orders are processed in US$ by a Panamanian company. The kits are actually mailed from Florida.

They charged my credit card US$3.87 for postage charges that day and sent me an email advising me that my order had been registered and was being prepared for mailing. So far, so good. On May 28, 2010 I noticed an additional charge for US$87.47 on my credit card account with reference to the same order. I had still not received my "free" sample. The sample actually arrived on June 3, 2010.

My credit card company was unable to provide a solution for cancellation of this additional charge. When I contacted the company in Florida about this extra charge at 1-88*-869-**** I was informed that it was for a monthly "membership" fee to their teeth whitening plan, since, according to them, I had had 10 days to cancel my (unknown to me) membership. The fact that the "membership" fee was charged after only 8 days of my initial contact with them did not get any response.

In actual fact, the conditions they mentioned to me do appear, in very small print at the bottom of their website. Those conditions are hidden in the middle of a very long, small type section, that begins with "All Rights Reserved" and then continues with a long section concerning registered trademarks and trademark infringement. There is absolutely no effort to draw the attention of consumers to any contract conditions that lie within that small print section.

They offered to "refund" US$20.00 to my credit card account and cancel my membership immediately, (June 3, 2010), since I was now past the 10 day grace period that they claimed existed to cancel the membership. I asked for email confirmation of our conversation and cancellation of this account.

I received an email almost immediately stating that my future subscription had been canceled. It made no reference to any refund. It did include a warning which started with "BE SMART! DON'T DESTROY YOUR INTERNET CREDIT" and referred to people using "charge backs", claiming that one might end up being listed as a "credit risk" concerning future internet purchases. I suppose to prevent all their "happy" customers from complaining too much.

I will be canceling any future charges on my credit card from this company immediately, probably by requesting a new credit card account. From what I have seen with regards to this company and its practices, I doubt I will ever see any refund from them. Although I am not familiar with "false advertising" or "fraud" laws in Florida, I find their mode of operation to be, at minimum, very, very, unethical. The site is carefully designed to present an image of a serious company but is, in effect, ripping the customers off.

I received an additional phone number in the most recent email which is 1-80*-440-**** for customer care.

i too was ripped off..my bank said i would have to wait 30 to dispute this.they will have an investigator look into it.everything that was told in the above stories,is the same thing that happened to me

I too have been scammed by Everbright!!! After signing up for a free sample by just paying S&H (I did receive my same and S&H was deducted) my account was billed $87.47.

I spoke with my bank immediately and they told me to come in fill out an affidavit and cancel my debit card. I did this the next morning. I have since heard from my bank and they have denied my request because they said I willingly gave them my account #. I spoke with 4 different reps from Everbright tonight and after about 1 hr 15 min on the phone I can honestly say I got no where!!

Well they did say they would credit my account $20.00 however, I will not be giving them my new debit card # nor my checking account #. I was told by two of the four people that I had to fill out paperwork that they would email me to cancel my subscription, the other two told me they would cancel it effective today and even gave me a confirmation #. I told them I wasn't concerned about canceling the order because I had canceled my debit card so they can no longer bill me. I asked where I could see the website with the terms and conditions where I agreed to pay for the product if I did not call within 10 days and I was told that they have 100's of websites so they can not tell me which one to go to, they did however give me a generic website .

I was told I had to check a box when I put in my info stating that I understood the terms and conditions. I never ever check a box..so I guess it either did not exist or it was already checked. i was also told that I could return the unopened product for a refund, but I had already used the majority of it. Lastly I was told that I ordered my product on May 20th and they billed me on May 28th which was before my 10 days, when I questioned it I was told it was a computer glitch, but regardless I did not call and had I not called today then in 31 days they would bill me again, never once saying that I would receive additional products.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in FL, not sure what it will do but I want these people off the internet.

They are under minding people everyday, Just imagine if they are scamming 1 million people per week then they are making $87,470,000.00 THAT IS UN-REAL!! I could not sleep at night if I new I worked for a company like this!!

:( :( WHAT A SCAM!!!!! I WAS RIPPED ALSO

This scam company is actually EVERBRITE, NOT EverWhite. Their web site is www.myeverbritesmile.com

The scam company has been using the name EverWhite in their email order confirmations to customers, even though they are actually EverBrite (or more specifically XM Labs, LLC located at 3609 N 29th Ave Hollywood, FL 33020).

The real EverWhite is a company that makes dry erase boards for schools. I am a marketing manager for that company, and our business is being hurt because people are confusing the scam company with us.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERWHITE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY IN ANY WAY. EverWhite's web site is www.everwhiteboards.com, while the scam company's web site is www.myeverbritesmile.com

** We are taking legal action against EverBrite. I am disgusted at what they are doing to innocent consumers, and what they are doing to the EverWhite brand name. If you would like to support our case against EverBrite, please forward any email correspondence the company has sent you that contains the term "EverWhite" to amandad@***.com

FYI - I just spoke to my bank (on Sunday!) and they indicated I have 60 days to dispute. I will go by and fill out a VISA dispute form tomorrow am and the money will be put back into my account at that time.

Anyone getting jerked around by these guys should know that your Financial institution should protect you from their fraudulent actions. Also mention the number of people that have been taken on this deal to your financial institution - its important.

Guest

I too have been ripped off - After receiving a call from them yesterday to approve the sample purchase - the person on the phone asked that I accept a promotional item - I said NO! They said ok and said the sample would be sent.

The next day my bank account is overdrafted because they charged it $87.47 with no description outside of Dazlingbrite with some numbers.

Trying to reach them to resolve this is like pulling teeth - no pun intended - they have restricted business hours. Thank you to rstnway for the phone number.

I have not received anything in the mail - just the charge on my account. This is fraud at its worst.

Cancel the card you used when you purchased it. Thats howmuch of a scam it is. They draw you in by telling you " only pay for postage" your card details are then used again and again when THEY decide to send more stuff.

So my advice is to CANCEL the card used and get the credit card company to do soem work getting your money back. I'm still fighting with mine but have sent them some of the stories on here to prove its a scam

Hope that helps

Guest

Hello, I'm from Portugal. The same happened to me.

They won't return my emails and I don't know what to do!

I only agreed for a free trial and I've received 3 packages more 'till now, been charged over 70€ for each. Can you help?

Guest

How did you manage to have a conversation with them? They appear to be uncontactable

Guest

i had a long conversation with them about the same thing and they just wanted to give me more stuff that i would get some money off of and not pay the full price on, but it was my original thing i was pissed off about since i NEVER agreed to pay so much money, otherwise id reconsider getting it at all.

Scammers - free sample my butt

I saw an article where a mom used this and it was perfect... the article was on a reputable mothers site.

I got the " free sample" for the shipping of 3.87. I ended up paying an international charge on that. Then I got a charge a week later for the 87.97 PLUS another international charge for this charge! I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges with my bank.

- FREE SAMPLE MY BUTT! they should have to pay ME for going through this!

I tried to look for the phone number to call them. There is no number available.

I feel your pain regarding the teeth whitening scam. It goes by so many names and phone numbers.

I contacted the BBB and gave them an address and phone no., but they skipped town. I just sent them another address and phone phone, waiting to see what happens. I ordered in May and have called several times and when I do they just tell me the money will be returned to my account in 3 to 5 business days, yea right! I ordered the product called Glo-White Smile 10 which is also know as Vivid White Smile, Ever White Pen and so on.

Here are some phone numbers for you to try 877-315-****, 888-244-****, 888-869-****,and 800-256-****. Good Luck!

Try calling 1-87*-***-****. they said they would cancel my subscription and credit my money. We will see if it happens.

Everbrite is not on the up and up

I ordered the trial shipment and received. I tried to cancel the monthly service the next day and was told I would receive an email to respond to. Never received email. Past 10 day trial to receive credit. They charged me for $87.47 ten days later. Never received further shipment. Tried to cancel again and this time was told to call back if I didn't receive email. I called back and was told I was past the trial period. Argued with them and they said the most they could give me was $20. I waited for the email and called back. I was told I would recive $20 credit to my account. I never received another shipment not that I would use it. I filed a fraud affidavit with bank. They have contacted everebrite and are pursuing it. I also posted a complaint with BBB.

Amazingly there was another add on our tribune website for "Insta Lift'. I googled it and it looks like they operate like everbrite. When I went back to the website the ad was gone.

Be safe. google first. buy later.

EVerwhite Kit is stealing money from everyone that orders their free sample.

I ordered the free sample kit and 2 months later I discovered charges of $87.47 and $39.95 on my credit card account. I called to cancel and get a refund. They'll cancel but won't refund, even though you return product.

I only knew something was up when I recieved a second whitening kit. I hadn't even opened the first one yet.

The credit card company (Chase) said, as soon as they heard the amount $87.47 they knew which company it was. Everwhite Kit does this to everyone. They claim there is a "Terms and Conditions" at the bottom of the page and if you don't click No on it, you are a member and will get charged forever if you don't cancel.

This is an obvious fraud. Everyone seems to know it but no one is doing anything about it.

Yeah, somehow I got caught up with this - b/c of the free trial. I canceled months ago, and just this morning saw a pending transaction of $1.49 (Temporary merchant authorization

Amount may change - waiting for final amount from merchant) Wow, they side swamped me, at least now, that I have the number again, I can call and B*$#h at them for this and demand a refund. I have been canceled for several months WTF?!!?!?

Guest

how do I cancel, they are doing the same to me

Guest

how do you cancel this product

Guest

I purchased a tooth whitening teeth product on a 10 days trial from Syndex Industries Panamas via their website www.dazzlingbritekit.com (later discovered to be the same company as www.viviwhitesmile.com). The product was purchased on 18 June 2010 for £6.90 and 10 days trial was supposed to end on 27 June 2010 after which I would be liable for the full payment of the product if I did not cancelled my subscription within the trial period.

Up to the 26 June 2010, the product did not arrive then, I decided to call the company, to ask them to extended my trial period as I have not received the product let alone trying it. I called the US and Canada customer service telephone number (1-86*-***-****) they had on their website, unfortunately none of the telephone numbers on their website is functioning, even their UK contact telephone (0161768****) number is not working. On the 27 June 2010, still the product has not arrived, I called the telephone numbers again, it’s the same result, numbers cannot be connected to. So I decided to send e-mail using the e-mail I received from them to confirm my order. Guess what, it is a no reply e-mail address.

Hence there was no way of contacting this company whatsoever. At this stage, I started panicking and started checking the web to find alternative way of contacting Syndex Industries Panama. Fortunately, I came across another telephone number (001-88*-*** ****) on 28 June 2010. I called them and spoke to one of their customer service advisor named Roxy Lopex. I spoke to Roxy Lopex at 6.25pm UK time for 15 minutes.

I explained the circumstances that my product had not arrived and that I have been trying to contact them during my trial period since the 26 June 2010 but the contact telephone numbers (UK, US and Canada) on their website is not functioning. Therefore, I asked her to extend my trial period; she bluntly refused to help me. I asked her for the contact details (telephone numbers and e-mails) of her supervisor, she said they are not authorised to give out any contact details. I was really shocked with this statement.

So I requested to be transfer to her manager, she pretended to be transferring me and kept me on hold for 45 minutes (18.40 – 19.25 UK time) and later hanged up shockingly.Immediately I redial the number, this time I spoke to Sandy Hill. I started all over again to explain my predicament and my fear of having to pay for a product that I have not even received let alone tried. She also refused to give me the contact details of her manager/supervisor. She also said that she will transfer me to someone else who will assist with my query and she kept me on hold for another 25 minutes and later hung up.

This action prove my doubt that the first time Roxy Lopex hanged up was not a mistake, it was deliberate. On the 29 June 2010, the package eventually shows up. According to the stamp on the package, it was actually posted on the 27 June 2010, this was the same day my trial period expires. On the pack of the teeth whitening product is the website www.viviwhitesmile.com, I checked the website for any contact details, and this took me to a similar website but with slightly different telephone number. I contacted this company; unfortunately it is the same people that I have been speaking to since 28 June 2010.At this stage you will agree with me that I have not suffered any financial loss, but when I check my bank account on the 30 June 2010.

It was a very big surprise to know that Sydex Industries Panamas has collected the sum of fifty nine pounds and 77 pence (£59.77.) an equivalent of $87.47 plus £1.25 Overseas transaction fees from my bank account.

According to my bank, this payment has been applied to my account since 26 June 2010, one day before despatching and posting my product from the US.I called them on 30 June2010, I spoke to one David Smith asking him to refund my money because there is no way to contact them during my trial period, still they refused to refund my money and refused to give me the contact details of their customer complaint department or manager.I can't belief the number of people been scammed by these frausters until it happened to me. I have report this to the Florida Attorney General Office, BBC Watchdog, Federal Trade Commission and of course cancel my debit card. They must all be brought to book and end behind bars for the rest of their useful lives.

Everwhite stole money from my account

Everwhite teeth whitening free trial is another scam devised by ***-bags to rip off hard working consumers. My card was charged the $3.95 for the supposidly shipping and handling and I never recieved the kit.

Then as i was going thru my charges I see the thieves charged me an additional $87.47. When I finally got thru to them the hardly-english speaking arrogant piece of *** as much as told me to go screw myself.

What I dont understand is why after all the complaints about Everwhite, are they allowed to keep ripping people off without someone putting a stop to it. I wish I would have seen all the complaints before they burned me!!!

The advantage of credit card is that you have 60 days to bounce the charges.

Give them all the info and do it as nice as possible, or have a grownup do it for you!
